By purchasing on our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Products & Availability

All products displayed on our website are available while stock lasts. Product features, images, and descriptions are displayed as accurately as possible. Minor variations in materials, tones, or dimensions may occur.

2. Order Process

You can place an order online via our website. After checkout, you will receive an email confirmation summarizing your purchase. Understrap reserves the right to cancel orders in case of fraud suspicion, payment failure, or product unavailability. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be issued.

3. Prices & Currency

All prices are displayed in USD. Shipping is free on all orders to the United States. Understrap currently ships exclusively within the United States.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely via our authorized payment partners (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.). Understrap does not store credit card details.

5. Delivery

All orders are shipped to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days from the date of order confirmation. These estimates are indicative and not contractually guaranteed. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return if the product is unused and in original condition.

Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Products returned damaged, used, or incomplete will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds are issued within 3–10 business days after inspection of returned goods.

7. Warranty

All products are covered for manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective item, contact us at contact@getunderstrap.com with photos within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Understrap shall not be held responsible for damages arising from misuse or incorrect installation of products, external incidents, or delays beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.

9. Applicable Law

These Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of France. The company operating this store is registered in Paris, France. For customers in the United States, applicable consumer protection laws may also apply.
